AARP Tax-Aide is a free tax counseling and preparation service helping low and middle-income taxpayers, focusing on those ages 60 and over. AARP Tax-Aide volunteers do not prepare returns that include rental property, military income, alternative minimum tax, or those with many stock transactions. Bring your current tax records and a copy of your last filed tax return. All persons listed on the current tax return must be present and must bring a photo ID and either a Social Security card or SSA-1099 letter (Medicare cards are not sufficient).
