Town of Hempstead EMS staff will teach you how to identify an overdose victim, administer the Narcan kit, and contact emergency services. You will receive a free Narcan overdose prevention kit and a certificate of completion. Town of Hempstead Supervisor Donald X Clavin Jr. and Councilman Dennis Dunne Sr. have partnered with us to bring this program to our community.
