As a participant in this program offered at the Levittown Public Library, I understand the possibility exists for injury/illness. By registering, I agree to assume all responsibility and release and hold harmless of any and all liability to the Levittown Public Library and the instructor.

You may now pick up your kit at the library in the Children's Department during hours of operation.  If you do not pick up your kit within 1 week of registering, your kit may be given away to someone on the waitlist.

During the first week of registration, Levittown Union Free School District residents with a library card should register using their barcode to avoid the waitlist. If you don’t have a library card, please contact a staff member for assistance.

By attending this program, you agree to be photographed for Library public relations purposes, including but not limited to pictures posted on the website, our newsletter, and social media. Please inform a staff member if you do not give permission for photos to be used.

Please arrive on time for programs to hold your spot. Latecomers' spots may be given to those on the waitlist. Latecomers may also be denied entry to avoid disrupting the event already in progress.
